HCV01B

Staitech have recently introduced a fully machined version of their HCV01 check valve which fully complies with the ASME BPE surface finish criteria of SF1. Valves can also be electropolished to meet the SF4 finish criteria.

The image below shows how the HCV01B check valve is designed to fit between two ASME BPE compliant clamp fittings, sealing on the ID of the tube using FDA and USP approved EPDM O-rings.

Valves are available in sizes 3/4″ to 4” in both metal-metal and soft seated options. Body and seat seals are available in EPDM, Viton, Silicone and Perlast (PTFE). All valves are machined from fully certified 316L stainless steel bar stock material with alternative material options such as C22 also available. Click here for further information.
