    HCV01 check valves

    Gold HCV01

    The HCV01 check valve is designed to fit between two ASME BPE compliant clamp fittings, sealing on the ID of the tube using FDA approved EPDM O-rings. The compact 316 stainless steel design is suitable for a wide range of duties in steam, liquid and gas service, including pressure relieving and anti-vacuum applications. Standard valves have metal-metal seating. A number of soft seal and spring options are also available.

    Gold HCV02

    The HCV02 range is intended for use in high purity applications such as WFI systems. Valves are manufactured in 316L stainless steel with a range of seal options. Wetted surfaces are finished to 0.5 microns Ra. The standard opening pressure for the HCV02 range is 35 mbar. Where a valve is to be installed in a horizontal line and drain-ability maintained, then the HCV02E eccentric version is available.

    Gold HCV03

    The HCV03 check valve is designed to fit between two ASME BPE compliant clamp fittings, with a moulded seal profile replacing the standard joint gasket. The valve is suitable for a wide range of duties in liquid and gas service, including pressure relieving and anti-vacuum applications. A number of soft seat seal and spring options are also available.

    Gold HCV04

    The HCV04 range of check valves is ideally suited to steam, condensate and process fluid applications. Standard valves have metal-metal seating and a choice of 8 or 25 mbar opening pressure. A range of soft seat options are also available. Wetted surfaces on all valves are finished to 0.5 microns Ra. 1/2″ to 1″ valves are available in either standard or high capacity configuration.

    The HCV05 is a one-piece non-maintainable valve intended for steam, condensate and process fluid applications. Standard valves have metal-metal seating and a choice of 8 or 35 mbar opening pressure. A number of soft seat seal options are also available.

    Gold 6″ Non return valve

    Staitech have recently supplied a number of 6″ check valves suitable for ASME BPE tubing. The valves incorporate a double-flap cartridge design to ensure minimum pressure drop. All metal contact parts are 316/316L stainless steel with FDA compliant Gylon seals. Contact Staitech for further information.

    Staitech can supply wafer style disc check valves with flanged end connection bored to suit O.D. DIN and ISO tube.

    Flanges can be machined as weld-neck or suitable for orbital welding.
