    Type 652

    Blue Type 652 Pressure Regulator

The Type 652 is a general purpose regulator intended for pressure control applications where no internal surface finish requirement exists. The standard Type 652 valve has a flouraz seat seal and PTFE faced diaphragm making it suitable for steam, gas and liquid service. The Type 652 uses an external sensing line to ensure optimum pressure control. The Type 652 can be set as low as 0.02 barg.

Size range1/2″ – 2″ ASME BPE compliant clamp connections
    1/2″ – 2″  BSP or flanged connections

Blue General Purpose Pressure Control Valves

Staitech offer a range of general purpose stainless steel pressure reducing valves for steam, liquid and gas applications. Valves are available with either screwed or flanged connections in a range of sizes up to 4”. In addition to self-acting types, valves are also available to accept an external 4-20mA or pneumatic control signal.

Blue Mark 95 Sanitary Back Pressure Regulator

The Type 695 is intended for applications where a sanitary back pressure valve is required. The Type 695 is manufactured in 316L stainless steel with wetted surfaces finished to 0.5 microns Ra and electropolished. As with the Type 696, an air loaded version is also available to allow remote setting and adjustment of the valve.

    Controlpanel-main

    Blue Control Panel

The control panel manufactured by Staitech can be supplied with either an 1/8 DIN or 1/16 DIN instrument. Whilst Staitech use Eurotherm 2208e and 2216e PID controllers as standard, alternative manufacturers units can be fitted if required. The control panel is designed for use with pneumatic and electrically actuated valves. The panel enclosure is available in either painted steel or stainless steel. Each panel is designed to meet individual customer requirements, and would typically include a controller, transmitter power supply, circuit breakers, door isolator and all internal wiring and terminal strips. A pressure transmitter power supply module can also be incorporated if required. Typical applications include steam supply pressure control for autoclaves and freeze driers.

    Blue Indicator Panel

For process monitoring applications, a panel can be supplied fitted with a universal indicator. The standard instrument used by Staitech is Eurotherm’s 2408i. A typical application for an indicator panel would be tank level monitoring.

    Blue Pneumatic Pressure Controller

The pneumatic pressure controller is designed to operate in conjunction with a pneumatically actuated valve accepting a 0.2-1 or 0.4-2 bar signal. Available with either proportional or proportional plus integral control action, the unit offers a simple and effective solution to pressure control applications in either clean steam, liquid(WFI) or gas applications. The unit senses line pressure via a Tri-Clamp compatible diaphragm seal connected to the controller with a capillary tube. Where CIP or SIP is carried out, the unit can be supplied with a manual override which allows a control valve to be held open when required without losing control settings. Features offered by the Pneumatic Pressure Controller include:

    • Accurate pressure control – with P&I control, the unit will ensure accurate control, even with fluctuating loads.
    • Simple to install – requiring only a low pressure air supply, the unit is simple to install.
