Manufactured in Portugal, the Vinco Valves range of 2, 3 and 4 way valves are suitable for steam, liquid and gas applications within the pharmaceutical industry. Valves are available in a range of sizes from 1/4″ to 6″ with either clamp or weld ends. All models adhere to the ASME BPE standards. Valve options include pneumatic and electric actuators, switch boxes and solenoids.

LP Series

Manufactured by Vinco Valve of Portugal, the LP range offer a cost effective solution for line isolation in non-critical pharmaceutical installations. Standard LP valves have open PTFE seats which are suitable for gas, liquid and low pressure steam applications. LP valves are suitable for use in environments requiring ATEX certifications.

XP Series

Manufactured by Vinco Valve of Portugal, the XP range of cast valves meet all current ASME BPE requirements for material composition and surface finish. The XP range have an ISO compliant mounting feature to allow the simple addition of an actuator. Valves are also ATEX compliant as standard. Wetted surfaces for all valves are 0.5 microns Ra.

RP Series

The RP range of ball valves are manufactured from bar and can be supplied in any grade of stainless steel, C22 alloy or duplex materials. The external body surfaces of the RP range are polished as standard, making them and ideal choice for clean room applications.

MP Series

The MP range are available in 3 and 4 way configurations with either ‘L’ or ‘T’ port ball design. As with the RP, the MP is machined from bar, so can be produced in a wide range of materials in any size up to 4″.

77SN

The 77SN is an ATEX rated 3-piece stainless steel ball valve ideally suited to gas and liquid applications. Standard seats are FDA compliant cavity filled PTFE with alternative materials also available. The 77SN has live-loaded stem packing to ensure optimum sealing, even during repeated stem cycling typically associated with actuation. Valves are offered with ASME BPE clamp, short weld stubs or mixed end connections. All sizes of 77SN have an ISO mounting pad to allow direct actuator mounting. A lockable handle is standard on valve sizes.
